Return Policy

In order to perform your best, your athletic products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you full refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. You can also return non-faulty goods to one of our shops for an exchange only. please bring your invoice/receipt with you.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Exchange Policy

There are 2 ways to make an exchange:
1. We can enter a new order for you, charge your card again, and ship the new item. Then, when something is returned back to us we will refund you accordingly.
2. Send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and a note asking for an exchange. Once we receive the original pair back, we will enter a new order for you and refund the original order.
